Explanation of Terms
| Category | A broad description of the contents of a parcel | |
| Parcel ID | A unique identifier used to track each parcel of merchandise | |
| Brand | The retail store chain from which the merchandise is received | |
| Location | Used by TIC RL Warehouses to locate merchandise parcels | |
| Type | 1 - Faulty | Merchandise which has been returned due to known or suspected faults |
| 2 - Excess | Merchandise which is new (pristine) but not required by the store | |
| 3 - Store Return | Merchandise which has been purchased by customers and returned to the store - may be faulty, damaged, or like new (not tested by TIC) | |
| 4 - Recall | Merchandise which has been recalled from sale due to regulatory, QA or other reason/s | |
| 5 - Clearance | New (pristine) and/or display merchandise which is no longer required by the store | |
| Size | P - Pallet | Single jumbo cardboard box sitting on a standard shipping pallet 1.2m x 1.2m |
| C- Carton | Single cardbox box, smaller than pallet size | |
| B - Bulk lot | Multiple pallet-size containers - jumbo cardboard boxes or other packaging | |
| O - Other | Oversize, special or unusual package | |
| Items | The total number of units of all merchandise in the parcel | |
| Value | The total list COST price, in AU$, of all the merchandise in a parcel | |
| Export Only | Merchandise which has been designated as only available for resale outside Australia and NZ | |
| View / Bid | Click to see detailed manifest / list of contents and / or make an offer on this parcel | |
| Keycode | The unique TIC identifying code for each item | |

Q: How do I pick up the parcels I have purchased? Do you deliver?
A:
Parcels are available for collection from the warehouse/s nominated on your invoice. We do not normally provide delivery but will happily advise and assist you to negotiate and organise a suitable service.
Q: I need to ship my parcels overseas (from Australia) - can you assist?
A:
All merchandise is sold EXW - (ex our warehouse). We can advise and assist in making export arrangements however all costs (including inland freight, insurance, handling and charges) are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly agreed to by us in writing.
